World Harvest Bible Training Center is currently receiving applications for the 2013-2014 school year.
Please read these instructions thoroughly before completing the application below. Each of the four steps must be completed before your application can be processed and acceptance into the school can be determined.
- Application for Admission: Do not leave blank spaces or unsigned areas. If there is a question that does not apply to you, please insert N/A into the space.
- Photograph: This must be a recent head and shoulders photograph, such as a passport photo. Photographs with other people are not acceptable. You may upload a digital photograph in the application below.
- Application Fee: The $100.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany your application. Click here for online payment instructions.
- Recommendation Forms: Please read and sign the statement at the top of each form. It is necessary that those persons completing your recommendation forms do so promptly. Persons completing these forms must be individuals outside of your immediate family. Your application will not be submitted for approval until all of your forms have been returned to the admissions office. All recommendation forms, including the Pastor’s Recommendation Form, are to be mailed directly to World Harvest Bible Training Center by the individuals completing them. (Current members of World Harvest Church already have personal information on file at the church and will not need to include the Pastor’s Recommendation Form when returning their application packet).
